Did You Forget Your Password or Username?
If you forget your password or username, simply go to the login page and click on either the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Your Password?” link located below the login button.
Once you’re on the password recovery page, enter your Username/Consultant ID and email address in the appropriate fields and then click on the “Send Me Reset Password Instructions” button.
Now go to your email inbox, open the password recovery email, and follow the instructions.
